Room was spacious and comfortable, which was a plus. Breakfast options were decent but could use more variety. Also, the AC didn't work well in the hallway. Overall, it’s convenient with the free shuttle service to the airport.

Free shuttle service to the airport is a big plus. The rooms could use better maintenance; the shower kept switching temperatures.

Just a solid selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Phoenix with incredible value for money. The staff were great.

10 mins from the airport , convenient! The gym and laundry facilities were handy perks. The lobby had a charming vibe, and the make, your, own, waffle breakfast was a delightful touch to kickstart the day.
The rooms lacked soundproofing; could hear outside noise and hallway conversations.

The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after long travel days. The friendly staff, especially during the evening shifts, made us feel welcome. The convenient location near the airport made our travels hassle-free.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities should be offered.

the heating and air conditioning in our room were not functioning properly, making it difficult to control the room temperature. The sitting area and dining table were nice touches, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy a meal. the lack of garden furniture was disappointing as we would have liked to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The sink in our bathroom was clean and spacious, but we found the free toiletries provided to be of low quality. It would have been nicer to have more premium options available. We appreciated the presence of the AM/FM alarm clock in the room, but the flat-screen TV had poor reception and limited channel options. The carpeted floor was a bit worn and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The option for dry cleaning services on-site was convenient, but we were disappointed by the lack of shops or commercial services nearby. The laundry facilities were adequate, but we did encounter some issues with getting change for the machines. The airport shuttle service was a nice touch, but our experience with the free shuttle service using VIP Taxi was frustrating due to a driver who tried to prevent us from leaving until the voucher was confirmed. The neighborhood surrounding Greentree was not ideal, with a noticeable presence of drug-addicted individuals and homeless people. This made us feel uneasy when venturing out, especially late at night.

Great location and friendly staff. Beds are a bit uncomfortable.

I had the pleasure of encountering clipped toenails on the carpet in my room. Oh, and that musty smell! But at least the bed felt like a rock. The red chair was a nice touch of dirtiness too.
Had a blast wading in the green pool and the broken shuttle added to the fun! .

My friends and I had a lit time staying at the hotel during our spring break! We hit up the dope nightlife scene in Phoenix and even had a sick day trip to the waterpark! The chill vibe of the hotel was perfect for our crew.
Wish they had a rad rooftop bar or lounge where we could continue the party vibes after a wild night out.

The hotel room was decently sized, with fast wifi and a working TV, which was a relief after a long day. Its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service were convenient, and a few fast-food restaurants were within walking distance, which made grabbing a quick bite easy.
The check-in process dragged on due to a computer issue, with insufficient staff support. The noise from the elevator near our room was disruptive, and the TV glitches remained unresolved despite maintenance efforts.
